Cameron Newton is a 6'6 247 lb QB from Binn C.C. in Texas. Newton played high school football in Atlanta and originally signed and played at Florida. This kid is a beast. Word has been circulating about Auburn recruiting him, but nothing became definitive until he made his official visit on Friday. Newton didn't have a scholarship offer until this afternoon. A few weeks ago Curtis Luper
promised us that there would be a big surprise in recruiting. Could this be what he's talking about? I hope so.
